ContentHub is an 18+ licensed platform. By entering the site you automatically confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Platform's obligations. International audience — all countries except Russia. Official contact is Support Hub only.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ContentHub ("ContentHub", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the website contenthubs3.com and all related pages, applications, and services (the "Platform"). ContentHub is an adult (18+) service.
By entering, opening, browsing, remaining on, or otherwise using any page of the Platform — including without creating an account — you automatically confirm and agree that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher); (b) you have read and understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Platform's rules and obligations; and (c) you accept all of them in full. No extra click is required for this confirmation to take effect.
If you are under 18, or if you do not accept these Terms or the Platform's obligations, you must leave immediately and must not register, view content, or remain on the site.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
ContentHub is operated exclusively for an international audience outside the Russian Federation. The Platform is intended for users in all countries and territories except Russia.
We do not accept registrations, accounts, payments, subscriptions, creator applications, or any other use of the Platform by persons who are located in, reside in, are citizens acting from, or access the Platform from Russia.
If we determine that a user or creator is in Russia or is using the Platform from Russia, we may refuse registration, suspend or terminate the account, cancel pending transactions, and restrict access without refund except where required by applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in Russia and will not access the Platform from Russia. Circumventing this restriction (including by VPN, proxy, or false location data) is a material breach of these Terms.
The Platform is strictly 18+. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access, register, or use ContentHub.
Entering the site is itself your confirmation of age and of the rules. By accessing any URL on contenthubs3.com you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 or older; (b) you have legal capacity to enter these Terms; (c) you have read the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Platform obligations; (d) all registration information, if you register, is accurate; and (e) you will keep your account information current.
Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. We do not knowingly allow minors to view content, create accounts, or interact with the Platform.
It is a strict, non-negotiable rule of ContentHub and of applicable international law that no person under 18 may appear in, upload, host, or be depicted in any content on the Platform. We are against the publication, upload, hosting, distribution, or attempted placement of any image, video, or other material involving a person under 18.
We do not accept models, creators, or community accounts for anyone under 18. We do not accept content that depicts, suggests, or impersonates a minor. "18 U.S.C. and equivalent international child-protection laws" style prohibitions apply in full. There is no compromise, appeal for "artistic exception," or grace period.
Any person who attempts to register as a creator, upload content, or otherwise participate while being under 18 — or who submits content of a person under 18 — will have the account immediately terminated, the content removed, and the matter reported to competent authorities. Reports may be made to European Union authorities and/or the law-enforcement authorities of the country of origin or residence of the person involved, as well as other competent agencies, including, where applicable, NCMEC CyberTipline and INHOPE member hotlines.
Users who discover suspected underage content must report it immediately through Support Hub. We treat such reports as the highest priority, remove or disable the material as soon as reasonably possible, and begin documented processing within 72 hours.
ContentHub is a licensed hosting and distribution platform for official creator content. We are not a piracy site, leak site, "warez" library, or unauthorized archive. We do not authorize, encourage, or profit from stolen, scraped, or unlicensed copies of third-party works.
Content published on the Platform is provided by creators or by ContentHub under license. Viewers receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view purchased or free content on the Platform. You may not download (except where the Platform expressly offers a download control), copy, record, rip, redistribute, re-upload, torrent, sell, or commercially exploit any content.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution is copyright infringement and a breach of these Terms. We cooperate with rights holders and process valid DMCA and equivalent notices. Repeat infringers are terminated.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through Support Hub if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, underage risk, sanctions/geo violations (including Russia), or to protect the Platform and other users.
You may not sell, transfer, or share your account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, abuse promotions, or commit fraud is prohibited.
Creators retain ownership of content they lawfully upload. By posting, a creator grants ContentHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce technically as needed to operate the Platform, distribute on the Platform, and promote the content on ContentHub.
Creators represent and warrant that: (a) they are 18 or older; (b) every person depicted was 18 or older at the time of creation and has given informed, documented consent to appear and to the license granted here; (c) they have all rights needed to grant the license; (d) they maintain government-issued identification records for every depicted person as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and equivalent laws, and will produce those records to competent authorities or to ContentHub upon a lawful request; and (e) the content is not stolen, leaked, scraped, or posted in breach of another platform's terms.
Creators must not upload copyrighted material they do not own or are not licensed to post. ContentHub may require additional age or rights documentation before publishing or at any time afterward. Failure to provide it is grounds for immediate removal and termination.
The Platform's software, design, trademarks, and original features are owned by ContentHub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
ContentHub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a complete DMCA (or equivalent) notice through Support Hub only. You may create a free account solely to file a legal notice; no purchase is required. Do not send notices by Telegram or email — those channels are not monitored for legal claims and are not a designated service-of-notice address.
A valid notice should include: (1) your contact name; (2) description of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact Platform URL(s); (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
We acknowledge and begin processing valid legal notices, including DMCA notices, within 72 hours of receipt via Support Hub. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the poster. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through Support Hub with the information required by applicable law. We do not offer informal "compromises" that leave infringing copies online.
Open Support HubWe operate in a lawful, documented process. For notices submitted through Support Hub concerning copyright (DMCA), suspected underage content, privacy/data-subject requests, account safety, and payment disputes, we acknowledge and begin review within 72 hours of receipt.
Complex cases, incomplete notices, or requests requiring identity verification may take longer to complete, but work starts within 72 hours. We do not ignore valid legal process.
Stars are a Platform virtual currency used to unlock premium posts, subscriptions, and certain features. Stars have no cash value outside the Platform, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred between users, exchanged for cash, or redeemed off-Platform.
Purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. We may change prices, packages, and promotions. Bonus or cashback Stars, if offered, are promotional and may be reversed if obtained fraudulently.
If you were charged and did not receive Stars, open a ticket on Support Hub with the date, amount, method, and proof of payment. We investigate payment issues through Support Hub — not Telegram or email.
Some access is sold as a subscription or Premium plan. Subscriptions renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel through your account tools. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing with notice posted on the Platform.
Payments are processed by third-party processors (cards, crypto, and other methods shown at checkout). We do not store full card numbers or private crypto keys.
Unjustified chargebacks, payment fraud, and stolen payment instruments are prohibited. We may suspend accounts, withhold Stars, and share information with processors and authorities as required.

We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. Where we have a good-faith belief that content or an account involves a person under 18, we will preserve relevant records as required by law, remove the material, and report to European and/or national authorities of the relevant country and, where applicable, to NCMEC CyberTipline and INHOPE.
We do not bargain to keep illegal material online. Safety reports, including suspected child sexual abuse material, must be filed through Support Hub.

View Privacy PolicyThe Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
Content is provided by creators and third parties. We do not endorse every statement in user-generated content. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentHub and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ContentHub in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100) if you have paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold ContentHub harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Account deletion requests are handled through Support Hub. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, legal risk, or Platform protection.
Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable international principles of contract and intellectual-property law, and by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where they cannot be waived.
Where permitted, disputes shall first be addressed through Support Hub. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or by the competent courts as required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

We do not accept legal notices, DMCA claims, or official complaints by Telegram, personal message, or email. Those channels are not an official service-of-notice address.
Open Support HubContentHub is a hosting and distribution platform. Most media, captions, usernames, comments, and profile text are supplied by creators and users ("User Content"). We do not pre-approve every item before it appears. We act as an intermediary / hosting service for User Content.
We are not the author, publisher, or primary producer of User Content except where we expressly state otherwise. We do not adopt User Content as our own speech. Availability of a file on the Platform is not an endorsement and is not a warranty that the uploader held every right.
If we receive a valid notice or otherwise become aware that specific User Content is unlawful, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to that material, notify the poster where appropriate, and preserve records as required. This notice-and-action process is how we handle copyright, underage-risk, and other illegal-content reports.
You remain solely responsible for User Content you upload and for any harm it causes. ContentHub may remove, restrict, or refuse any User Content at its discretion, including for legal risk, age-safety, copyright, or community harm.
We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery (including revenge porn, hidden-camera, and voyeur material), sexual deepfakes or AI depictions of a real person made without that person's consent, and any content connected to trafficking or sexual exploitation.
A person depicted may request removal through Support Hub. Provide the URL(s), a description of the material, and a statement that you are the depicted person or an authorized representative and that the material is non-consensual or otherwise unlawful. We begin review within 72 hours and remove or disable confirmed non-consensual material.
We may also remove material that we reasonably believe is non-consensual even without a formal notice, and we may report trafficking or exploitation to competent authorities.
Open Support HubAll persons depicted in sexually explicit content on the Platform were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created. ContentHub does not knowingly host any depiction of a person under 18.
Where 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply, age-verification records for User Content are maintained by the primary producer of that work — the creator or other party who created the depiction — not by ContentHub as a hosting intermediary. Creators must keep those records and produce them on a lawful request.
A dedicated statement is published at https://contenthubs3.com/2257. Inquiries about a specific URL must be submitted through Support Hub. We do not accept 2257 inquiries by Telegram or email, and we do not publish a fabricated office address.
Open Support HubThese Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the 2257 statement, are the entire agreement between you and ContentHub regarding the Platform and supersede prior oral or written statements on the same subject.
If a court finds any provision unenforceable, that provision is modified to the minimum extent needed or severed, and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Platform.
Headings are for convenience only. The words "including" and "for example" are not limiting. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
