This Privacy Policy describes how ContentHub ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information on contenthubs3.com. The Platform is strictly 18+. By entering any page you automatically confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have read and accept this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Platform's rules and obligations. The service is for an international audience excluding Russia. Official contact is Support Hub only.
ContentHub operates the Platform at contenthubs3.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
The Platform is designed only for an international audience outside the Russian Federation. We do not accept registrations or users from Russia and do not intend to offer the service to persons located in Russia. If we detect a Russia-based account or access, we may refuse or close it as described in the Terms of Service.
The Platform is strictly 18+. By entering the site you automatically confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have read this Policy and the Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18 you must leave immediately.
Username, email address, password hash, optional display name and avatar, language preference, and authentication identifiers if you sign in with Google or Telegram Login (as a sign-in method only β Telegram is not our support channel).
Pages viewed, content opened, search queries, approximate time on page, referring URLs, and similar interaction events needed to operate feeds, purchases, and security.
IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate location derived from IP (used for fraud, geo-eligibility including the Russia restriction, and security), and cookie identifiers.
We receive confirmation of payments, amounts, method type, and order identifiers from processors. We do not store full card numbers or private cryptocurrency keys on our servers. Processors have their own privacy policies.
Messages, screenshots, and files you send through Support Hub, including payment proofs and legal notices (DMCA, privacy requests, safety reports).
Media and captions that creators upload, plus metadata needed to host and display that content.
ContentHub does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing lists.
We share the minimum data needed to complete a transaction. Those companies process data under their own policies.
Hosting, content delivery, analytics, and security vendors process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose data when required by law, or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to report suspected child sexual abuse material or underage accounts to European or national authorities, to prevent fraud, or to protect users.
If the Platform is reorganized or transferred, personal data may move with it under this Policy or a successor policy with equivalent protections.
Session and authentication cookies are required to keep you logged in and to operate security and geo-eligibility checks. The Platform cannot function correctly without them.
Cookies remember language and similar display settings.
We use first-party and selected analytics tools (including Google Analytics where configured) to understand aggregated traffic. Typical analytics cookies include identifiers such as _ga. We do not use Yandex Metrika. Analytics are used to improve the service, not to sell profiles to advertisers.
You can block or delete non-essential cookies in your browser. Essential session cookies are required for login and security. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from using the core Platform. We do not operate a separate marketing-cookie wall.
The Platform is hosted and may be accessed internationally (excluding Russia). Where data moves across borders, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for disputes, legal holds, chargebacks, and statutory record-keeping. Support tickets and legal notices are retained as long as necessary to complete the request and meet legal duties. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis unless needed for security investigations.
We use TLS/SSL in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No method of storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for using a unique, strong password.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through Support Hub only. We acknowledge and begin processing valid requests within 72 hours. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We do not accept privacy requests by Telegram or email.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete the account and associated data except records we must keep to notify authorities or defend legal claims.
We do not accept creators or models under 18. Anyone who attempts to register as a creator while under 18, or to upload content of a person under 18, will be banned. We report such attempts to competent European authorities and/or the authorities of the person's country of origin or residence. Report suspected cases immediately via Support Hub.
We may use automated signals (IP, device, payment risk, age-safety classifiers, and similar) to refuse registrations from Russia, block fraud, or flag suspected policy violations. You may ask for a human review of a significant automated decision through Support Hub.
The Platform may link to third-party sites or load payment widgets. Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Optional sign-in via Telegram or Google is an authentication method only and does not make those networks our customer-support channel.
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
For privacy questions, data-subject requests, safety reports, DMCA, or any other matter, use Support Hub at contenthubs3.com/supporthub. You may create a free account solely to file a privacy or legal request. We do not accept official privacy or legal requests by Telegram or email. Open Support Hub
We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or rent your data for money, and we do not operate a data-broker list. Limited technical data may be processed by analytics or payment vendors as described above so the Platform can function β that is not a "sale" of your profile.
If you are a California resident you may request: (1) access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected; (2) deletion, subject to legal retention; (3) correction of inaccurate data; and (4) information about our practices. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests through Support Hub. We acknowledge and begin processing within 72 hours after we can verify you.
If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the rights listed in Section 8, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our contact for those requests is Support Hub only.
